Today I met upwith my group members, Anna, Vanessa and Andreea.
We are all going to put on a show foucasing on different cultures and talents living in london . we are producing a adnce and different pictures to be presented. . We have met up around 10 times sincel we started UNIT 2. We already have stated working on the coreography for the musics but we are not quite finish For today we listened the song that I mixxed and we see if the beats we chosen flow with the each song chosen for each dance. We also recieve feedback from Ms lisk a dance, drama teacher who watched our performance to see what we could improve and have presented well.. She said the song was good the mix wasnt that bad however we could imprve it to make it much better and she also said the dance had a good start but too many similiar moves were used. Ms said if we need help she could help us improve with a stage perfomance and also moves. With the song we need to re-mix it because we need to put some extra beats on it. We can make our own beats by "GarageBAnd" and we also can research different beats and dance moves to make our show better. We also going to make a Slideshow about different people different building of London and this slideshow will play when we will dance, so it will match with our show name which is "The World is in LOndon"

Mr Foley's Double Lesson
Today is the 10th and today I gave sir my draft of the letter for 1.5 and after he marked it I corrected my letter and finished my final one.
I edit more information and details about 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. I showed more understanding in 1.4 and that what I have learnt in this unit.

Dear Mr. Foley
My name id Delia Rahela Dan I am a senior member of staff. I have been involved in an advertising campaign for a new client; Convent of Jesus and Mary Language College which is a Catholic School . I had to create and advert for an entry point to show what the client offers to others.
Learning objective 1.1 was the research for our advert. I had to understand current and past practice of chosen medium or media. I made a presentation Advertising of History in the UK to show my understanding of what happened back in days how advertising were and how it is now in 2010. I have done a lot of research from Internet, TV and books that I took out from library. When I had my meetings with my leaders I understand and learnt that how to make presentations better by using bullet points and pictures, to speak more clear and show evidence. I used a lot of colours to make it more interesting and I used different fonts as well. In this research I learnt about ASA the regulation of advertisements. In this research I also analysed 5 different print adverts to show my understanding of what is the purpose of the advert and the details and who are the target audience.
In our 1.2 where I did all the research and plan for my 1.3 which was to make drafts and sketches for my final product. In my 1.2 we research about the two entry points which were Year 7 and Sixth Form. My rough plans was good it still looked rough by I done it in papers no Photoshop or In design I had a lot of ideas but it was still creative and whit my brainstorming what was full with ideas I showed my understanding of how details are important and how it can help me to further develop one of the entry points. In my 1.3 I had to choose between the entry points and I decided to do an advert for Sixth Formers because I found it more interesting, because I knew the target audience and because I am a student as well. I took some photos about the college and I used Photoshop to redo and edit my photos and I also used In Design where I started to design my poster. I use different fonts and colour through my drafts because I want it to make it better than it was, show of understanding that we are in a modern world so I tried it to make it modern and I also used my own slogan and pictures because I think its better to show I worked on this poster and I had my own ideas. I learnt in this task that my research was very good but it has to be clear, not too much writing to keep the audience interested about the advert I also made my keywords stands out to make it better and to make people consternate on the main points and the purpose of the advert.
When I finished my Final product I had an interview with our client Mrs Freear. I showed her all my drafts that I done in learning objective 1.3 I showed what have I done good and what have I changed and why I used my own pictures and own slogan, different fonts and colours. I explain to her that because in my first 3 draft was a little bit full I took out picture to show it has to be clear not too full because people might get bored of it and I also done this to make people understand the purpose of the advert. Mrs Freear liked my slogan what I created and she liked how I went through all my drafts and how my final product looked like. I learnt that if I do an advert for school I have to research very carefully about the school I have to find out who the target audience of the advert are and when I knew that I am going to do an advert for Sixth Formers I knew that I have to make it kind of fun but serious at the same time to keep them interested.
I think this company should use my advert because it’s really creative it shows understanding of what is important for a Sixth Former. I worked really hard I had 5 drafts till I got to my final product and I also done a actually poster for my final product what was in a A3 paper to show how much I care about making a product to be really good and acceptable.
